Belén Halcón

Belen advises energy companies with their public affairs strategy at a political, regulatory, and social level and she collaborates with the sustainability team.

Before joining Vinces, she was part of the purchasing team of a prestigious British University, she served at a binational Chamber of Commerce and managed Israeli customers for an international technology company. She interned at the Foreign Trade Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Israel and she has coordinated programs fostering the inclusion of young Arab women into and within the labour market.

• B.A. in International Relations and Political Science (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem).
• She furthered her studies at the School of International Relations of El Colegio de México, COLMEX, in Mexico City.
