Candela Sastre Mata

Candela provides strategic advice on public affairs in the political, legislative and social fields to companies in the health sector.

Before joining Vinces, Candela was a Blue Book Trainee at the Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety at the European Commission. Previously, she worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and European Union in the Subdirectorate of the United Nations, and collaborated with the Permanent Representation of Spain to FAO.

In addition, she has collaborated in regional and international cooperation projects in the field of culture and sustainability.

Academic background:

• Master’s degree in International and European Law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid)
• Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development (Sciences Po Bordeaux)
• Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs (Sciences Po Bordeaux)
• Two years exchange program at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
