Jorge Vázquez
Director of Health Area (PhD)
Jorge joins Vinces as Director of the Health area. For more than 25 years, he has led projects in the pharmaceutical industry with public and private administrations.
He has been coordinator of the National Pharmaceutical Companies Task Force in Farmaindustria, President of Institutional Relations Committee in ANEFP and Board Member of the Industry Commission in the General Council of Pharmacists Associations. Currently, he continues to hold this last position.
In addition, Jorge Vázquez is an Associate Professor at the Technical and Higher Education Center of the Francisco de Vitoria University in the course of Professional Training in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Manufacturing, as well as in the MBA program in the pharmaceutical industry at ESAME Business School.
Academic background:
- Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
- PhD from the University of Valladolid.
- Master’s Degree in Health and Drug Economics from the Pompeu Fabra University.
- Diploma in Health.
- Expert in Strategic Health Initiatives and Projects of Access to Price and Financing, Market Access and Public Affairs.
