Andrés Gumiel Fernández

Andrés is part of the International Department in Portugal, providing transversal and strategic advice to companies from different sectors, both at Spanish and European level, from the Lisbon and Madrid offices.

Before joining Vinces, he worked in the Delegate Area of Internationalisation and Cooperation of the Madrid City Council, in the field of alliances and cooperation strategies between cities at the international and European levels. At the same time, he has completed his career with several studies on the Rule of Law and strategic advice, as well as with his participation in European Union Models. Currently, he continues to further his education by studying for a Law Degree at the Carlos III University of Madrid.
