Alfredo Ruiz

As Director of the Data & BI Department, Alfredo develops cutting-edge technology tools, turning information into knowledge to represent our clients’ interests in political, regulatory and social matters.  He is a professor of CRM & BI in the Master in Hotel Management programme at the UAB.

Alfredo has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning based on data analysis, business process optimisation and achievement of objectives through the implementation of analytical tools, web-hosted solutions and excellence in customer experience management.

He has also held CRM & BI management positions at PageGroup, LetsBonus | Livingsocial, and Husa Hotels. Alfredo was previously the general coordinator at Condor, responsible for international operations in Central Europe and Eastern Europe.

Academic background

• Master in Tourism Business Direction and Management from ESADE, Master in Marketing from the Carolina University in Prague.
