Paloma provides strategic public affairs advice on regulatory, political and social issues for companies in the digital sector.
Prior to joining Vinces, she worked in the Policy area of the Spanish Association of the Digital Economy (Adigital) representing and defending the interests of member companies. Previously, in Paris, she held successive positions in different diplomatic delegations to UNESCO and, before that, she worked at the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations in New York. In addition, as part of her Master’s studies, Paloma carried out a project for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on the obligations of States to guarantee the right to health.

Academic background:

  • Training in Digital Law (Financial Studies Centre, CEF).
  • Master’s Degree in International Relations (IE School of Global and Public Affairs of the Instituto de Empresa (IE)).
  • Degree in Political Science and Public Administration (Cardenal Herrera CEU University). He completed his training in Political Science with studies at the University Paris X – Nanterre.
  • Degree in Law (Cardenal Herrera CEU University).
