Alejandro Cercas

Alejandro is European Affairs Manager at VINCES. From the Brussels office, he is in charge of managing the coordination of the team located in the EU capital, as well as developing and implementing public affairs strategies on EU-related issues, coordinating strategic alliances and providing cross-cutting support to the other departments of VINCES.

Alejandro has extensive experience in the public sector, having worked in the Spanish Congress of Deputies and the European Parliament as an advisor on issues related to European fundamental freedoms, constitutional issues, foreign affairs, and development aid. Afterward, he has worked for several years in public affairs consultancy at a European level.

Academic training:

• Master in European Law from the European University Institute (Florence)
