Raquel García

Manager

Raquel provides strategic advice to foreign and national companies for corporate and governmental matters. As part of the Mobilisation & Stakeholders department, she specialises in creating communities, stakeholder management, as well as advocacy and social mobilisation campaigns.

Before joining Vinces, Raquel worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Embassy of Spain in Copenhagen and Conference of Ministers of Justice of Ibero-American Countries. She spent three years working as a volunteer for an international NGO designing and implementing advocacy campaigns.

Academic background

  • Master in European Union Studies (Instituto Europeo).
  • Master in International Cooperation for Development (Pontifical University of Comillas ICADE – Madrid). Extraordinary Master’s Degree Award.
  • Degrees in Law and Political Science and in Public Administration (Pontifical University of Comillas ICADE – Madrid).
